RFID Timing System Solution

Install UHF fixed reader & UHF antenna at Start/Finish line and Checkpoint.
When runners with UHF tag passing these points, UHF fixed reader will automatically collect tag data and upload these tag data to the system.

1、Brief description of the program

UHF stationary equipment is installed at the starting point, intermediate checkpoints, and the finish line. When athletes pass through these points with tags on their bodies, the reader/writer equipment automatically collects the tag data and uploads them to the system, which is timed and ranked according to the uploading of the tag data.

 2、Tag entry authorization

Use UHF reader writer to read the tag number into the software system, the tag number in the system and the athlete information corresponding to the binding, such as the need to give the tag a special number, you can also use the reader writer to write first.

  • Use the USB cable to connect the reader writer to the computer, and use our demo software to read and write the card.
  • The number of the tag is entered into the system and the corresponding athlete carries the tag.

 3、Targeted management

Install the UHF multi-channel fixed reader connected to the UHF carpet antenna at the starting point, the intermediate checkpoint, and the end point (if you are concerned about missed readings, you can also add UHF planel antennas on both sides). When athletes carrying UHF sports tags pass through these points, the tags on their bodies will be recognized, and the fixed reader will send the tag data read to the timing system software, which will process these tag data to finally get the ranking and other information.

 5、Timing system applicable tags

G8702 UHF Foam Tag, stick on the number plate on the athlete's chest, the tag is designed with foam to avoid direct contact between the RFID chip and human body, which can avoid leakage of readings, it can be printed, size 103*35*5mm.
